Lisa Utzschneider is the Chief Executive Officer of Integral Ad Science and a member of the company’s board of directors. IAS is a global technology company that offers data and solutions to establish a safer, more effective advertising ecosystem. Lisa joined IAS as CEO in January 2019, bringing more than 20 years of digital advertising expertise and tech-industry leadership experience to the role.
Prior to joining IAS, Lisa was Chief Revenue Officer at Yahoo where she oversaw the company’s global sales organization and provided solutions for advertisers worldwide. Lisa served as CRO until the acquisition of Yahoo by Verizon in June 2017.
Previously, Lisa was Amazon’s Vice President of Global Advertising Sales, where she developed the company’s global advertising business through product, marketing, sales, and operations strategies, driving consistent revenue growth. Prior to Amazon, Lisa spent 10 years at Microsoft culminating in her role as General Manager of the national sales and service teams where she focused on driving revenue for the company’s top online advertising accounts. She also developed the U.S. advertising go-to-market strategy.
Lisa serves as a board member for the Ad Council, Bates College, Greenwich Academy, and the MMA. Notable honors include: She Runs It “Woman of the Year 2020,” the Adweek 50, Business Insider’s “Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising,” New York Business Journal’s “Women of Influence,” and Working Mother’s “50 Most Powerful Moms.” Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Bates College and a master’s degree in public administration from New York University. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
Tania Secor joined IAS as CFO in 2022 bringing 25 years of financial leadership, including 15 years in CFO and strategic finance roles with public and private companies. Most recently, she served as Global CFO of R/GA and Reprise, Interpublic Group’s digital innovation and digital media agencies, respectively. Previously, Secor held CFO and other senior finance positions at high-growth technology, data, and professional services companies including Medidata Solutions, Dataminr, Gerson Lehrman Group, Bloomberg Digital Media, and McGraw-Hill.
Secor also has a background in capital markets, having spent nearly a decade in investment banking at JPMorgan and investing at Weiss, Peck & Greer Private Equity Group. Secor is a highly accomplished finance leader with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability at scale. Secor holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Columbia College.
Thomas Joseph joined IAS as CTO in 2022 bringing over two decades of tech-industry leadership to the role. Thomas is a hands-on technology leader with a wealth of experience across varied domains including Gaming, Media, Enterprise Productivity, Ads, Mobile, Web and Cloud. Before joining IAS, he served as SVP Engineering at SiriusXM and Pandora, where he was responsible for the full engineering stack and architecture. Prior to SiriusXM and Pandora, Thomas spent several years at Microsoft, spanning a broad spectrum of technologies, starting in gaming and media, and culminating with the launch of Microsoft Office on iOS and Android.
In previous roles, Thomas has overseen many large platform modernization initiatives with a strong focus on user experience, data analytics, and driving scalable end-to-end solutions for monitoring and production health.
Thomas has demonstrated his ability to balance strategy and execution while quickly turning ideation into products. He has successfully delivered new product offerings at scale, while sustaining and evolving existing product suites.
Thomas leads with a bias for action and brings with him a proven background of developing high-performing engineering teams, developing future-ready products at high velocity, and caring— all the while providing his team with clear context on success and failures.
Lisa Nadler joined Integral Ad Science in 2020 who oversees human resources, recruiting, and culture at IAS.
Previously to IAS, Lisa was the CHRO at Shutterstock where she focused on attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation. Prior to Shutterstock, she held both HR and finance leadership positions at Citibank, Gartner, Madison Square Garden, and Sotheby’s. Throughout her career, she has built strategic programs focused on delivering business results, developing differentiated talent strategies, improving performance management, and changing and aligning culture to business strategy.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Mathematics from Lehigh University.
Robert Janecek was named Chief Information Officer of IAS in 2022. Janecek is a business and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience harmonizing processes, people, and technology to scale companies to next-level growth and profitability. Throughout his career, he has held roles that extend across information technology, operational excellence, security, business intelligence, customer service, automation, infrastructure, and operations to create strategic value through optimization and data-driven insights.
Janecek joined IAS in 2017 as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Systems. Previously, he was the Principal and Founder of Pinecliff Associates, a consulting firm. Before that role, Janecek served as the Global Head of Business Systems and IT at LivePerson. He was previously the Vice President of MIS in the Markets Division of Thomson Reuters after holding various leadership positions focused on business systems at Thomson Financial.
Janecek has a singular focus on creating value and results. He has successfully delivered multiple transformative business improvement programs enabling companies to scale for the future. His focus on value creation and results drive the building of high-impact teams and culture.
Janecek earned a B.A. in History from Rutgers University.
Yossi Almani is the Chief Legal Officer of Integral Ad Science (IAS). He oversees the company’s global legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions. In his role, Almani works to strengthen IAS’s commitment to protecting consumer privacy and combatting disinformation, while providing marketers with greater transparency into their ad spend.
Almani is a global legal leader with more than 15 years of experience with both public and private companies. He has demonstrated success at representing U.S. and international financial institutions and other clients, and has also driven public company functions and legal and business strategies on data privacy, compliance, and M&A.
Prior to joining IAS, Almani served as General Counsel at Affinity Solutions, Inc., a leading consumer purchase insights company, supporting digital advertising and other industries. He also previously served as Vice President of Corporate, Securities and Licensing of Revlon, Inc., where he handled corporate, securities, and licensing matters of Revlon’s worldwide legal department. In addition, Almani practiced corporate law at Debevoise & Plimpton and Paul, Weiss.Almani holds an LL.M. (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) from Columbia University School of Law; and a M.A. in Law and Economics, a LL.B. and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. Almani is also CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He is based in New York City.
Sarah Martinez is the New York City-based Chief Revenue Officer at Integral Ad Science.
With 15 years as an advertising and media professional, Sarah has led through change with a focus on operational excellence to build best-in-class sales teams, strategic go-to-market plans, and deep client relationships – always putting the customer first. Previous to her current role, she was Vice President, Sales and Strategy at Verizon Media responsible for a national field sales team across Top Fortune 500 marketers.
Over the last decade, Sarah has worked across premium publishers and ad tech at companies such as Yahoo, Time Inc, and WPP. Sarah holds an M.A. in Advertising from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University and resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
Khurrum Malik is responsible for accelerating market growth initiatives for IAS and leading its global marketing strategy. Based in New York, Malik is a technology marketing leader with a broad range of experience driving growth for public and private companies. Most recently, Malik was Head of Global Business Marketing at Spotify, where he led business marketing, creative, product marketing, measurement, and analytics teams within Spotify’s advertising business. Previously, he served as CMO of Compass, a real estate technology platform, and was Head of Product Marketing at Meta. Malik holds an MBA, M.S., and B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Csaba Szabo joined Integral Ad Science in 2022 as Managing Director, EMEA, leading the company’s presence and growth across Europe.
With more than 15 years of experience, Csaba joined IAS from Shutterstock, where he was VP, EMEA, responsible for revenue growth and managing a regional sales organization. Prior to that, he was Senior Commercial Director, EMEA Resellers and Mid-Market at Yahoo. Previously, Csaba was Pricing Manager at Orange.
Csaba earned his MSC in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest.
Marcia Byrne is the Latin America Managing Director at Integral Ad Science, spearheading the company’s expansion across the LATAM region.
Marcia joined IAS in April 2021 as Director of Customer Success, becoming LATAM Managing Director seven months later, where she has leveraged her expertise in ad operations to merge and streamline the LATAM Sales and Customer Success into one team.
Throughout her 15 years in the digital advertising industry, Marcia held prominent positions on both the agency and publisher sides and served as the Vice President of Ad Ops LATAM at Teads. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Walt Disney Internet Group and ESPN, and five years at Mediaedge and Zenith Media in Milan, Italy.
Marcia is a native of Brazil and fluently speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian. She is currently based in Miami, Florida.
Laura Quigley is Singapore based, Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific at Integral Ad Science. In her current role, she is building strong partnerships with clients, agencies and publishers and helping them solve their pressing business challenges with the use of cutting edge IAS technology solutions. She’s leading IAS’s regional expansion efforts as part of a larger global initiative taking place within IAS.
Previous to her current role, she held multiple positions with IAS (in ANZ and APAC) managing all commercial and business efforts for Southeast Asia.
Over the last decade, she has worked in driving digital transformation in Australia, New Zealand, EMEA and APAC having worked with companies such as Google, ZenithOptimedia among others.
She is an accomplished speaker and enjoys attending trade conferences to share her insights.
Laura holds a B.A. in Communications from University of Otago and in her free time she enjoys the local F&B scene in Singapore.
Elisa Lupo joined Integral Ad Science in 2016 as Director of Italy and was appointed Managing Director of Italy, Spain and Portugal in 2021, to grow IAS’s presence across these important European growth markets.
Elisa has extensive experience in the European digital advertising industry. Prior to joining IAS, Elisa spent over four years at Exponential, joining as Sales Director in London, UK, moving up to Country Manager, Italy. Before Exponential, Elisa spent two years at Vibrant Media as International Sales and Business Development Manager.
Björn Lindholm joined Integral Ad Science Stockholm office in 2018 as head of the company’s Nordic operations and to drive business across the region. He has more than a decade of experience in the Nordic digital advertising and technology industry, where he has led business development efforts for media companies in the digital advertising sector. Before working at IAS, Bjorn has held different management positions in companies in the media industry, establishing and building relationships with agencies, media and technology providers in the Nordic countries.
Paul Nasse joined IAS in 2013, as one of the first team members to establish the London office, and is the Managing Director for Northern Europe, overseeing the UK, the Netherlands and Nordics. His role include overseeing the growth of the Northern Europe region and building strong partnerships with clients, agencies and publishers and helping them solve their business challenges with the use of IAS verification.
Paul has been part of the advertising industry for over 20 years, starting his career at Zenithoptimedia as a Print Buyer and rising through the ranks to Media Buying Director. He was responsible for the largest accounts within the group and developing digital strategies across multiple clients.
Jessica Miles is the Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Integral Ad Science. She is based in Sydney and in her current role, Jessica is leading the IAS business in the region, planning and executing the go-to-market strategy and business objectives for ANZ.
Previous to her current role, she held the position of ANZ Sales Director with IAS, driving the commercial efforts for the region.
Jessica has had extensive experience in adtech at InMobi and Pocketmath and on the publisher side at Fairfax Media. Her experience includes driving revenue growth and working with a range of clients from agencies, advertisers, and publishers.
Jessica holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Macquarie University and she also studied Negotiation at Harvard Business School.
Bríd McMahon is the Country Manager for Ireland and VP, Technical Customer Operations at Integral Ad Science (IAS). In her role, she leads the planning and execution of IAS’s go-to-market strategy and business objectives in Ireland and is also responsible for Technical Account Management operations in EMEA.
Bríd is a seasoned leader in the ad tech space with 18 years of experience across technical and business landscapes. Prior to joining IAS, Bríd spent 16 years at Google where she most recently served as Regional Head of Professional Services, leading cross-functional teams to develop scalable products through complex business solutions for the world’s largest brands in EMEA.
Bríd is a proud ambassador for various DEI programs and initiatives, including the #IAmRemarkable movement aimed at empowering underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements and challenge the perceptions around self-promotion.

Bríd McMahon es Country Manager para Irlanda y VP, Technical Customer Operations en Integral Ad Science (IAS). En su puesto, dirige la planificación y ejecución de la estrategia go-to-market y los objetivos de negocio de IAS en Irlanda.
Bríd es una líder experimentada en el sector de la tecnología publicitaria con 18 años de experiencia en el ámbito técnico y empresarial. Antes de unirse a IAS, Bríd pasó 16 años en Google, donde más recientemente ocupó el cargo de Regional Head of Professional Services, liderando equipos multidisciplinares para desarrollar productos escalables a través de complejas soluciones de negocio para las marcas más grandes del mundo en EMEA.
